The seed for Eddie Erlandson’s work began began to blossom when he was Chief of
Staff at St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor and where, as well as being a vascular surgeon, he began a wellness and executive effectiveness program. Since then he and his wife, Kate Ludeman have founded Worth Ethic and do leadership work with the most senior leaders in companies such as Dell and the Boston Red Sox. Eddie’s most recent book is The Alpha Male Syndrome (which is not just about men, of course), which he co-wrote with Kate.
In this interview Eddie brings all his medical and leadership experience to the conversation to talk about:
- The importance of physical, emotional and cognitive resets
- How wisdom rests in our body – and how to access that wisdom through emotion
- The best place to start to do Great Work
This interview is approximately 25 minutes long.
